Inspired by the magic of Arabia, each room reflects its location with carved arches, colourful mosaics and dramatic artwork. The bathrooms are adorned with wood, marble and slate and feature a wet area with overhead and handheld showers with a granite bench, separate toilet and bidet, individual vanity with under-shelf cupboards and bath with handheld shower. Decorated with rich natural fabrics and colours that draw inspiration from the tones of the desert, these suites reflect Arabian sophistication with an entrance foyer, dining area, separate guest toilet and spacious balcony or ground-floor patio.
A separate bedroom features a splendid King-size bed accentuated with a decorative overhead canopy. The luxurious bathroom is adorned with wood, marble and slate and features a wet area with overhead and handheld showers with a granite bench, separate toilet and bidet, individual double sink vanity and large bathtub with handheld shower. Rotiserie
This great dining room boasts an intimate courtyard terrace and open veranda that overlooks the resort’s gardens and fountains. The distinctive show kitchen evokes a bygone era, with high vaulted ceilings, voluminous copper chimneys, enamelled cast-iron ovens and large wooden tables. Guests interact with chefs who prepare cuisine based on traditional recipes from Europe. Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Eauzone
Bathed by the blue of the sky and sea, Eauzone is a place to contemplate the rhythm of ocean tides and the setting sun. On the beach surrounded by palm trees, Eauzone features shaded wooden decks and floating ‘majlis’ – an Arabic word for a room in a private home used to entertain guests – overlooking the Arabian Gulf and translucent pool. The ambience is casual by day and stylish after sunset. Once night descends it evokes intimacy in a slick, refined restaurant complemented by modern food with an Asian twist. Location
One&Only Royal Mirage overlooks the Arabian Gulf with a kilometer of private coastline in sixty acres of landscaped gardens, water fountains and meandering pathways. The United Arab Emirates (UAE) lies at the north-eastern part of the Arabian Peninsula and is bordered by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to the south and by the Sultanate of Oman to the east. The climate is sub-tropical, with sunny blue skies and high temperatures for most of the year. Rainfall is minimal.
